Refund and Cancellation Policy
Last updated: 25 October 2026. This policy applies to all services sold by EpiDigi.
Monthly services
SEO, Google Business Profile, social media and ads management are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time by emailing info@epidigi.com at least 7 days before your next billing date. Cancellation stops future charges. Fees for a billing period that has already started are not refundable because the work begins immediately.
One-time services
For website development and other one-time projects, the advance payment is non-refundable once work has started. If you cancel before work begins, we refund the full amount. If we are unable to deliver the agreed work, we refund the unused portion.
Advertising budgets
Ad spend paid to platforms such as Google or Meta is charged by those platforms and cannot be refunded by EpiDigi.
Duplicate or failed payments
If you are charged twice or a payment fails but money is deducted, email us with the payment details and we will refund the extra amount.
How refunds are processed
Send your request to info@epidigi.com with your name, payment reference and reason. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days.
