EpiDigi provides digital services. We do not ship any physical products, so no shipping charges apply.

How we deliver

Work is delivered online: by email, WhatsApp, shared documents, live links (such as your website or ad account) and monthly reports.

Delivery timelines

Timelines are agreed in your proposal or invoice. Services start after we receive payment and the details we need from you. Websites are delivered on go-live; monthly services are delivered through the month with a report.

Problems with delivery

If you have not received something you paid for, email info@epidigi.com or call 9310625881 and we will resolve it promptly.
